These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AuditOS platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AuditOS ("AuditOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete. The Service is intended for business use by business owners, marketing professionals, and agencies.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and other requested information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
The Service is offered through free and paid subscription plans. Features available under each plan are described on our pricing page and may be modified from time to time. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). AuditOS does not directly collect or store your full credit card information. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and to keep it updated.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing period after reasonable notice has been provided.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time. Except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, fees already paid are non-refundable.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy any portion of the Service; (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent; (f) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business; or (g) use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You may submit business information, notes, metrics, and other content to the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant AuditOS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google APIs (such as the Google Places API) and, where you choose to connect them, Google OAuth-based services. Data obtained from third-party services is provided "as is" and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Your use of Google services through AuditOS is also subject to Google's applicable terms of service and privacy policies. If you authorize access to your Google account data, you may revoke that access at any time through your Google account settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, scoring methodologies, educational content, and trademarks, is owned by AuditOS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.

All outputs of the Service — including without limitation marketing audits, Market Health Scores, category scores, competitive analyses, competitor comparisons, Google Business Profile insights, website assessments, growth tracking metrics, charts, benchmarks, estimates, forecasts, recommendations, action plans, priority matrices, weekly challenges, monthly missions, XP points, achievements, educational content, and flashcards — are provided for general informational purposes only.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditOS and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to AuditOS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuditOS and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 8, 9, 11, and 12.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

This Privacy Policy describes how AuditOS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AuditOS platform and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
When you create an account or subscribe, we collect information such as your name, email address, and company or business name.
To provide audits, scores, and tracking, you may submit information about a business, including its name, location, website, review counts, marketing metrics, and notes. We also retrieve publicly available business information through the Google Places API and related Google services.
If you choose to connect a Google account (for example, to enable Google Business Profile or analytics integrations), we access only the data you authorize through Google's consent screens, such as profile performance metrics. We use this data solely to provide Service features, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account security settings.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. We receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as your email, subscription plan, and payment status, in order to manage your account.
We collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service, including through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf (such as cloud hosting providers, Stripe for payments, Google for API services, and analytics providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and (c) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
Information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us; we will honor such requests except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below; we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for the AuditOS platform. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan you select — and renew automatically until cancelled. The price, billing frequency, and included features are presented at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal (accessible from your account) or by emailing hello@auditosapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. At the end of that period, your account reverts to the free plan and paid features become unavailable. Your saved data remains associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, all fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unused features, and annual plans cancelled mid-term. We do not provide refunds or credits for dissatisfaction with audit results, scores, recommendations, or business outcomes, which are informational in nature.
We will promptly refund: (a) verified duplicate charges; (b) charges resulting from a technical or billing error on our side or Stripe's; and (c) charges occurring after a confirmed cancellation date. To request a correction, contact us within 30 days of the charge with the transaction details, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Accounts associated with unwarranted chargebacks may be suspended.
